Tencent Cloud Direct Connect products consist of Physical Direct Lines, Direct Channels and Direct Line Gateways. When you apply for access to Tencent Cloud with Physical Direct Line products, Tencent Cloud will review such application according to the relevant laws and regulations.
Review Standards
To apply for Tencent Cloud Physical Direct Line, you shall confirm and promise:
1. For you to access Tencent Cloud with Physical Direct Line, the direct line resource provider shall have obtained the business license required by local laws and regulations or have obtained relevant approval documents, and carry out relevant data transmission services within the business scope and the geographical scope where the services can be implemented as specified in the approval documents.
2. You may use the Tencent Cloud Direct Connect services only to transmit data over your self-owned data center machine rooms, office network and other internal networks, and may not, for the purpose of making profits, provide the services to third-party enterprises or individuals for business use.
Tencent Cloud solemnly reminds you that if the physical line resources used by you to access Tencent Cloud are not in compliance with the laws and regulations, you may face risks such as suspension of construction or suspension of transmission services as well as relevant administrative processes imposed by the national regulatory authorities. You shall bear all the risks and consequences arising from your use of non-compliant physical lines, and Tencent Cloud shall not be liable for any responsibility.
