After a yearly/monthly subscription AI Agent Security Gateway plan expires, it can no longer run properly. You can renew it within the specified period. If you fail to renew it in time, the plan resources will be automatically released and data will be cleared. This document describes the renewal instructions and operations for AI Agent Security Gateway.
Note:
After the plan expires, your data is at risk of being cleared. Renew it in time to avoid any impact on your business.
Prerequisites
The plan to be renewed must be a yearly/monthly subscription AI Agent Security Gateway plan. Renewal is not supported for pay-as-you-go plans.
Renewal Method
You can renew a plan manually or automatically. With manual renewal, you need to renew the plan regularly to extend its usage period. Automatic renewal frees you from the hassle of regular manual renewal and prevents service interruption caused by forgetting to renew the plan.
Automatic Renewal Instructions
I. Automatic Renewal Rules
Plan contents: The AI Agent Security Gateway plan is automatically renewed.
Automatic renewal cycle: The automatic renewal cycle and mode you have set shall prevail. For example, if you select a cycle of 1 month, the system will automatically renew it for 1 month each time it expires.
Deduction amount: The renewal fee is calculated based on the actual configuration and billing standard at the time of renewal. The specific amount is subject to the settlement on the AI Agent Security Gateway purchase page. Deduction time and method: The system will deduct the fee before the plan expires. The deduction time may exceed the plan expiration time, but it is guaranteed to be completed on the expiration day. Avoid changing the automatic renewal flag when the plan is about to expire or be reclaimed.
If the deduction fails due to insufficient account balance, the plan will be terminated upon expiration.

2. If automatic renewal is not enabled, click Automatic Renewal to set it up.

2. Under Manual Renewal, find one or more AI Agent Security Gateway plans for which you want to set up automatic renewal, select them, and then click Set to Automatic Renewal or Automatic Renewal.
3. In the automatic renewal pop-up window, confirm the product information, select the automatic renewal cycle, and click OK after confirming that the information is correct.
III. Canceling Automatic Renewal

2. If automatic renewal is already enabled, click Automatic Renewal to cancel the automatic renewal setting.

2. Under Automatic Renewal, find one or more AI Agent Security Gateway plans for which you want to cancel automatic renewal, select them, and then click Set to Manual Renewal or Manual Renewal.
3. In the pop-up window to set to manual renewal, confirm product information and click OK.
IV. Modifying the Automatic Renewal Cycle

2. Under Automatic Renewal, find one or more AI Agent Security Gateway plans for which you want to modify the automatic renewal cycle, select them, and then click Modify Automatic Renewal Cycle or More > Modify Automatic Renewal Cycle.
3. In the pop-up window for modifying the automatic renewal cycle, modify the automatic renewal cycle of the plan, and click OK.
V. Managing Automatic Renewal

On the Expense Center > Renewal Management page, you can also perform other renewal management operations on your plans, such as viewing the renewal status of your plans, setting them not to renew upon expiration, and unifying expiration dates. I. Manual Renewal Rules
Plan contents: Manual renewal of the AI Agent Security Gateway plan.
Manual renewal time: You can manually renew a plan within 7 days after it expires or at any time before it expires. The minimum renewal period is 1 month, and the maximum is 3 years. After renewal, the expiration time of the plan will be extended from the original expiration date by the selected renewal period. For example, if your plan is expected to expire on January 1, 2025, and you manually renew it for 1 month, the new expiration time will be February 1, 2025.
Deduction amount: The renewal fee is calculated based on the actual configuration and billing standard at the time of renewal. The specific amount is subject to the settlement on the AI Agent Security Gateway purchase page. Deduction time and method: When you perform manual renewal, the page will navigate to the payment interface. The renewal will take effect immediately after payment.
