The product edition is offered under an annual or monthly subscription pricing model. Tencent Cloud currently provides Professional and Enterprise editions. You can select the appropriate edition based on your business and team requirements.

Important Notes

Product editions are region-specific and cannot be shared across regions. Within the same region, only one edition may be active at any given time. If an edition has already been purchased in a region, customers may upgrade the edition or purchase a different edition after the current subscription expires.
Once an edition expires, the associated features will be disabled. Please ensure timely renewal to avoid service interruption.

Data Modeling: Data planning, Standard management, Supported metrics modeling and visual configuration, with metric services exposed in the form of Restful API and JDBC.

Note：
If there are any adjustments to the Enterprise Edition features offered as part of the limited-time free trial within the Professional Edition, you will be notified 15 days in advance. To continue using these trial features, customers may choose to upgrade to the Enterprise Edition. Data generated during the trial period will remain unaffected and securely retained, ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience.

Edition Upgrade and Downgrade Instructions

The product only supports edition upgrades, with the edition expiration time remaining unchanged after the change. If you perform an edition upgrade, you only need to pay the price difference for the remaining time in the current billing cycle.

Renewal Policy

You can renew before the product edition expires. If renewal is not completed before expiration, the edition’s features will be disabled. When purchasing, you can enable Auto-Renewal to avoid service interruption caused by delayed renewal.

Service Suspension Policy

An expiration notice will be sent before the expiration of the product edition. If you do not renew before expiration, features will be immediately discontinued after the edition expires. After expiration, you can renew or log in to the purchase page to repurchase.
