Renewal Policy
The product is billed according to the standard duration package. The package is valid for 1 year and supports annual renewal. Before the package expires, we recommend that you renew it in the console as early as possible.
Discontinuation Policy
If the package is not renewed by the expiry date, it will automatically become invalid after expiration. Tencent Cloud will provide corresponding services based on the remaining valid packages that are bound. If the number is 0, audio and video communication services will no longer be provided.
After discontinuation, you can repurchase the package and rebind it. The audio and video remote real-time control service will take effect immediately.
