Pay-as-you-go (postpaid): Resources are released after you unsubscribe from Tencent Healthcare Data Services. Because fees are charged based on your actual resource usage during billing, no refund application is involved.
Self-Service Unsubscription
After you unsubscribe from a pay-as-you-go instance, the instance is moved to the Tencent Healthcare Data Services recycle bin and retained for 24 hours, during which it is inaccessible. If you want to restore the instance, you can contact us to do so.
If a suspected abnormal/malicious unsubscribe attempt is detected, Tencent Cloud reserves the right to reject your unsubscribe request.
Self-service return is not supported by some event resources. See the official website for details.
Unsubscription Operations
You can unsubscribe on your own in the Tencent Healthcare Data Services console.
1. Go to the Tencent Healthcare Data Services > Browser page, and click Operation on the right of the instance you want to unsubscribe from.
2. Click Delete. Unsubscription is successful once the instance is deleted.
