Global Accelerator 2.0 (GA2.0) relies on high-speed channels, forwarding clusters, and intelligent routing technology among Tencent Cloud's global nodes to connect users to nearby access points. It reaches the origin server region directly through high-speed channels, helping businesses address latency issues for global user access.
This chapter describes the global acceleration 2.0 API interfaces. All are API 3.0 interfaces.
You can call the API to perform operations on global acceleration, for example, DescribeCrossBorderSettlement.
For all API information supported by Global Acceleration 2.0, please see API overview.
Common terminology for Global Acceleration 2.0 API interfaces: see the table below.
| Term | Description |
|---|---|
| GlobalAcceleratorId | Global acceleration instance ID. |
| ListenerId | Listener instance ID. |
| CrossBorderType | Cross-border type. HighQuality represents high-quality cross-border; Unicom represents China Unicom cross-border. |
| GlobalAcceleratorId | Global acceleration instance ID. |
You can use the API Explorer tool to call APIs online.
This document uses creating a global acceleration instance as an example for a quick trial of the GA 2.0 API call process:
Enter the API Explorer page and select Global Acceleration (GA 2.0).
Call the CreateGlobalAccelerator API to create a global acceleration instance.
