Domain name for API request: vod.intl.tencentcloudapi.com.
This API is used to create a Token for invoking the AIGC API. After creation, data sync has a delay. It becomes queryable or deletable after about 30 seconds.
A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.
