1. API Description

Domain name for API request: vod.intl.tencentcloudapi.com.

1. Preheats a specified URL list.
2. The domain name of the URL must be registered in VOD.
3. You can specify up to 20 URLs per request.
4. The default prefetch quota is 10,000 URLs per day.

A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.
