1. API Description

Domain name for API request: vod.intl.tencentcloudapi.com.

When uploading HLS videos, this API parses the index file content and returns the list of shard files to be uploaded. The sharded file path must be a relative path in the current directory or subdirectory. It cannot be a URL or an absolute path.

A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.
