Alarm Type | Description |
Arrears reminder | The system will deduct fees for pay-as-you-go clusters at each full hour. When your account balance becomes negative, we will notify the Tencent Cloud account creator, as well as the overall resource collaborator and financial collaborator via email and SMS. |
Overdue Payment Reminder | This feature is disabled by default. |
Time After Automatic Service Suspension | Description |
≤15 days | If the account is topped up and the balance exceeds 0, the billing will resume, and the cluster will automatically be recovered. |
| If the account balance is not topped up to exceed 0, the cluster cannot be recovered. |
＞15 days | If the account balance is not topped up to exceed 0, the pay-as-you-go cluster resources will be possessed and released, and all data will be cleared and unrecoverable. When the cluster resources are possessed, we will notify the Tencent Cloud account creator and all collaborators via email and SMS. |
