File Decompression

Product Introduction

You can use the file decompression feature to decompress compressed files stored in COS and transfer them to COS. Currently supported archive formats include zip, tar, gz, 7zip, and apk.
Note:
File decompression is a chargeable service. For detailed billing information, see File Processing Fees.
When using file decompression, please first confirm the relevant restrictions and Region. For details, see Usage Restrictions.

Life Tools

The PaaS cloud provides a file decompression feature, allowing online preview of files after decompression and delivering a more comprehensive online preview experience for users.


Prerequisites

You have activated the COS service, created a Bucket, and uploaded files to the Bucket. For specific operations, see Bucket Files.
You have activated the Cloud Infinite service and bound a Bucket. For specific operations, see Bucket Binding.


Usage

Cloud Infinite provides the following methods for configuring and managing file hash value calculation.
API: Tencent Cloud provides API interfaces for you to configure document preview. See File Decompression API Overview.
SDK: You can use SDK to configure and manage the file decompression capability.
Console: Log in to the CI console to manage and configure file decompression. See File Processing Console Operations.
