    1. API Description

    Domain name for API request:

    This API is used to delete a Secret. You can set whether to delete the Secret immediately or on schedule using the RecoveryWindowInDays parameter. For a Secret to be deleted on schedule, its status will be PendingDelete before the scheduled deletion time. You can use RestoreSecret to restore a deleted Secret during this time. A deleted Secret will not be restorable after the scheduled deletion time. A Secret can only be deleted after being disabled using DisableSecret.

    A maximum of 50 requests can be initiated per second for this API.

    2. Input Parameters

    The following request parameter list only provides API request parameters and some common parameters. For the complete common parameter list, see Common Request Parameters.

    Action Yes String Common parameter. The value used for this API: DeleteSecret.
    Version Yes String Common parameter. The value used for this API: 2019-09-23.
    Region Yes String Common parameter. For more information, please see the list of regions supported by the product.
    SecretName Yes String Name of the Secret to be deleted.
    RecoveryWindowInDays No Integer Scheduled deletion time, in days. If set to 0, the Secret is deleted immediately. A number in the range of 1 to 30 indicates the number of retention days. The Secret will be deleted after the set value.

    3. Output Parameters

    SecretName String Name of deleted Secret.
    DeleteTime Integer Secret deletion time, formatted as a Unix timestamp.
    RequestId String The unique request ID, which is returned for each request. RequestId is required for locating a problem.
