Use the open-source community’s YCSB 0.17.0 benchmarking tool to perform stress testing.

Testing Tool

YCSB (Yahoo! Cloud Serving Benchmark) is a benchmarking tool used to evaluate the performance of various data storage systems, covering common NoSQL database products, including MongoDB. YCSB supports multiple test scenarios, allowing users to adjust parameters such as record count, number of threads, and operation ratios based on specific requirements to simulate particular use cases. Additionally, YCSB offers a data generator that enables users to define the format and size of the data to fit different data models. Given YCSB’s high flexibility, comprehensiveness, and scalability, TencentDB for MongoDB uses YCSB for performance analysis and evaluation.
