    Live Audio and Video Enhancement

      Live audio and video enhancement features include a variety of processing technologies, such as SDR2HDR, Frame Interpolation, Super Resolution, Overall Enhancement, Noise Reduction, Color Enhancement, Scratches Removal, Banding Removal, Detail Enhancement, Low-Light Enhancement, Face Enhancement, and Font Enhancement. These features are dedicated to achieving image quality remastering, significantly improving the subjective quality of audio and video.
      The live audio and video enhancement features can be used individually or in combination to meet the quality improvement requirements of live streaming in different scenarios. The billing for live audio and video enhancement is based on the enhancement features, the resolution, and frame rate of the enhanced live image. The specific billing rules are described below.

      Notes

      Live audio and video enhancement billing method is set to daily postpaid by default.
      Starting from 00:00 on October 1, 2023, the billing for audio and video enhancement will be calculated separately based on the enhancement features, the resolution and frame rate of the enhanced live video, and the billing will start on October 2.
      When using the live audio and video enhancement feature, additional fees for TSC Transcoding will be incurred. The TSC transcoding package can be used to offset the daily postpaid usage of TSC transcoding, but it cannot be used to offset the daily postpaid usage of audio and video enhancement.

      Function Description
      SDR2HDR
      The SDR to HDR conversion capability can transform standard SDR videos into HDR videos, increasing the color depth to 10-bit, achieving a wider color gamut, and displaying more color details. This provides higher quality live streaming content for a better viewing experience.
      Frame Interpolation
      By supplementing new video frames between the original live stream video frames, users are provided with a smoother and more visually pleasing viewing experience.
      Super Resolution
      You can choose between high-resolution models and low-resolution models, with the high-resolution model being the default selection.
      Overall Enhancement
      By utilizing AI's comprehensive analysis capabilities, the balance of texture content in the image is automatically adjusted. This process removes compression artifacts and jagged edges while enhancing key details, ultimately improving the overall subjective perception of the live streaming video.
      Noise Reduction
      During live streaming, random noise may be introduced due to the camera and environment. The noise reduction service is provided here to eliminate random noise in the image while preserving details without loss.
      Color Enhancement
      Due to color issues with the capturing device or the storage of the video, the color of the video may be distorted or can be enhanced. Color enhancement adjusts the image to be closer to the true color and enhances it to a certain extent to meet the preferences of the human eye.
      Scratches Removal
      Scratches Removal can repair damaged content in the live streaming video, such as scratches and snowflake-like spots, improving the overall quality of the video.
      Banding Removal(remove artifacts)
      Due to multiple compressions of the video during the transcoding or multiple transcoding processes, artifacts such as blockiness, ringing effect, chroma bleeding, and mosquito noise may be introduced, causing some distortions that affect the visual quality of the video. De-compression distortion removal can effectively repair the distortions introduced by the encoding process.
      Detail Enhancement
      Detail enhancement focuses on the important details in the live streaming video, making the image content clearer and richer. This improvement provides a better viewing experience for the audience.
      Low-Light Enhancement
      Due to environmental conditions and hardware limitations of the shooting camera, the brightness and contrast of the video captured in some scenes may be insufficient, resulting in a dark image or loss of detail in darker areas. The dark scene enhancement feature can automatically recognize the scene and adaptively enhance the image. Especially in dark scenes, it can significantly improve the details and contrast in the dark areas, thereby enhancing the subjective visual quality perceived by the human eye.
      Face Enhancement
      By using face detection, the live streaming video can be enhanced specifically for the facial areas that are of particular visual interest to the human eye. This enhancement makes the details in these areas clearer, improving the overall subjective perception of the video.
      Font Enhancement
      Text enhancement in live streaming videos focuses on improving the clarity, readability, and viewing quality of the text and fonts displayed on the screen, providing a better viewing experience for the audience.

      Billing Overview

      Billing Item: Live Stream Enhancement Duration(prices vary based on enhancement features, resolution, and frame rate).
      Billing Rules: By default, it is daily billing. The fees are calculated based on the Audio/Video Enhancement features used and the enhanced resolution and frame rate. The billing is calculated by multiplying the duration of Audio/Video Enhancement at a specific resolution within a natural day by the corresponding unit price.

      Billing formula

      Live Stream Enhancement Duration Fee = Audio/Video Enhancement duration × corresponding enhancement feature (resolution, frame rate) price.

      Billing Example

      If you initiate a 100-minute live stream on October 1, 2023, and use two Audio/Video enhancement capabilities, Font Enhancement and Low-Light Enhancement, during the live stream. After Top Speed Codec (TSC) Transcoding, the output live stream is in H.264 codec format, 1080P resolution, and 30fps. On October 2, 2023, your live Audio/Video enhancement bill will be as follows:
      Top Speed Codec (TSC) Transcoding Fee = 0.0443 (USD/minute) × 100 (minutes) = 4.43 USD;
      Font Enhancement Fee = 0.1411 (USD/minute) × 100 (minutes) = 14.11 USD;
      Low-Light Enhancement Fee = 0.0353 (USD/minute) × 100 (minutes) = 3.53 USD;
