Note:
Local document QA: supports documents in docx, xlsx, csv, txt, md, pptx format, single file not to exceed 100MB, 500,000 characters.
Web link QA: supports web link capture and nested parsing.
Statistical rule: Merge count for the main link and sub-links. For example, if a main link includes 10 sub-links and all sub-links are incorporated into the knowledge base, the total counts as 11 web link limits.
Knowledge base configurable languages: refers to the number of different language knowledge bases uploaded to the management panel. The Chatbot can perform QA interaction based on the corresponding language knowledge base. If your business has LLM requirements for other languages, please contact us.

Chatbot concurrency volume
: refers to the maximum number of identical dialogues your Chatbot can receive and process at the same time. If it exceeds the plan restriction, you need to purchase additional. You can contact us.
AI Agent Chatbot uses a billing method based on the amount of messages.
A certain limit of free messages is given with the package per month. It will auto-reset on the 1st of next month and will not accumulate for use in the following months.
Pay-as-you-go: When the amount of messages exceeds the free quota, billing will be based on actual usage and settled on the 1st of each month.
Note:
When purchasing Desk separately, only users and customer service accounts can send/receive messages, with an unlimited number of accounts and DAUs. If you need features such as C2C chat and group chat, please purchase an additional IM package.
Desk prepaid is purchased by cycle, with each cycle lasting 1 calendar month (valid from day T to day T-1 of the next month). It comes into effect quickly after purchase.
