Access management console, click Data Dashboard > Record in the left sidebar. Here, you can view or export historic sessions.
Query conditions and descriptions are as follows:
Query Condition | Description |
Time | Start time of the session. |
Conversation ID | Unique identifier for this consultation. |
User Nickname | User's Nickname. |
User ID | User's UserID. |
Session Source | Customer service account initiated by the user for consultation. |
Customer Service | Customer service representative who receives user inquiries. |
Agent Group | Agent group to which the user inquiry belongs. |
Service status | Way of session end. |
Voice Satisfaction Survey | 1 - 5-star user satisfaction. |
Keyword | Keyword in session content. |
