| Knowledge Base | A knowledge base is a collection of knowledge built by a business on its own, supporting the upload and construction of documents, web pages, and QA content. Knowledge bases are organized by application, and each application has a corresponding knowledge base. The application service answers user questions based on the content in the knowledge base. |
| Tag | Tags are core metadata for refined categorization and retrieval of documents and QA. Through tag management, intelligent filtering and accurate responses in the knowledge base are achieved. After configuring the mapping between API parameters and tag names, the parameter content passed through the custom_variables of the application dialogue API will match the knowledge of the corresponding tag value. |
