NDR automatically identifies network assets, precisely recognizes asset components and service types, and establishes an asset inventory. This helps enterprises understand their asset status, avoiding omissions and management blind spots. It employs a passive identification method, which is non-intrusive to business operations.
Note:
To use the feature for identifying assets by service type, you need to purchase Network Detection and Response (NDR).
Submit a ticket to apply for a trial of the Network Detection and Response (NDR) feature.
1. Log in to CFW console. In the left navigation, click Asset Center > By service types.
2. On the By Service Type page, it supports identifying information such as service type, component, service version, and protocol. It also supports passively identifying asset service types, which include AI application, Web service, Databases, Remote Management, File Transfer and Sharing Service, and Infrastructure.
Note:
The asset AI application identification capability covers six major categories: LLM chat, AI image generation, enterprise API Gateway, agent platform, on-premises AI deployment, and development tools. It can identify over 40 mainstream AI applications.
3. On the By Service Type page, click the instance ID to view the asset details.
