This API is used to create user-customized moderation templates. Maximum number: 50.
Template is applicable only to the ReviewAudioVideo (https://www.tencentcloud.com/document/api/266/80283?from_cn_redirect=1) and ReviewImage (https://www.tencentcloud.com/document/api/266/73217?from_cn_redirect=1) APIs.
A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.
