1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy Module ("Module") applies only if you use the following feature: Personal Token Plan (collectively, "Features"). This Module is incorporated into the privacy policy located at Privacy Policy. Terms used but not defined in this Module shall have the meaning given to them in the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Module, this Module shall apply to the extent of the inconsistency.

2. CONTROLLERSHIP

The controller of the personal data described in this Module is as specified in the Privacy Policy.

3. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

We collect, receive, store and otherwise process the following personal data about you:

Configuration Data
Configuration and settings including statistics on the number of users and number of service callings.
Diagnostic and Usage Data
Operational and usage data relating to your use of the Features, including event and request details, service region, usage and timestamp data, operations data, log data, debugging information, access log data, output information, billing data, error reports.
Customer Content
Data such as text or image files, inputs, prompts and instructions, API key, parameters and request settings that are provided to Tencent Cloud by, or on behalf of, customer or its end users through use of the Features, and metadata and technical attributes associated with such assets or inputs uploaded or provided to the Features.
Service Generated Content
Data generated or derived by Tencent Cloud through operation of the Features, including 3D model output, generated text and responses, and metadata and technical attributes associated with such assets and outputs generated by the Features (including those that are generated based on Customer Content) and the Features’ processing of requests and responses.
To provide the Features to you, we may also process the above data through integration with our features as follows:
Cloud Object Storage;
Cloud Access Management.
Audio/Text Moderation System

4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS

We will only use your personal data for the purposes and legal bases set out below:

Provide our Features. We use data including Configuration Data, Diagnostic and Usage Data, Customer Content and Service Generated Content to operate and provide you with the Features.
It is necessary for us to process this information in order to perform our contract with you, or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract with you.
Troubleshooting. We use data including Configuration Data, Diagnostic and Usage Data, Customer Content and Service Generated Content to monitor the Features’ performance and quality, detect and identify errors, bugs or failures, analyze the reasons and troubleshoot such problems.
It is necessary for us to process this information in order to perform our contract with you, or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract with you.
Billing. We use data including Configuration Data and Diagnostic and Usage Data to facilitate our billing process.
It is necessary for us to process this information in order to perform our contract with you, or to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract with you.
Improve and develop our Features. We use data including Configuration Data and Diagnostic and Usage Data to analyse and understand our potential customers, improve and optimize our Features.
It is in our legitimate interests to process this information to understand our potential customers and visiting trend of our Features’ websites, and to improve the Features.

5. HOW WE STORE AND SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

As specified in the Privacy Policy.

6. DATA RETENTION

We will retain personal data in Section 3 for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose(s) as described in this Module and as required or authorized by applicable laws, to resolve disputes and to enforce our terms and conditions, other applicable terms of service, and our policies.
The actual retention period can vary for different data categories, depending on the context of your interactions with us, your configuration set up and your use of the Features (e.g., if you request or set a longer or shorter retention period).
For Configuration Data and Diagnostic and Usage Data, we generally retain information for up to 7 days after your task request in connection with the Features to provide you the Features and for troubleshooting purposes, but may process or retain such data for a longer period (for example as long as you use the Features) for billing purposes. For Customer Content and Service Generated Content, we generally retain information for up to 7 days after your task request in connection with the Feature.
If you have any questions or require additional information relating to the above (including where you require further or more specific information on how long we store your personal data), please refer to our Contact Information section in our Privacy Policy.

7. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

You are responsible for all content submitted to the Features, including any personal data relating to third parties. You must ensure that you have all rights, consents, and other lawful basis necessary under applicable laws to collect, use, disclose, and process such information in connection with your use of the Features.
In addition, these Features are not intended for the processing of sensitive data. Please ensure that the Features are not used to transfer or otherwise process any sensitive data entered you, including (but not limited to) political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs relating to you or other individuals.
