How many Token Plans can be subscribed to?

A root account can subscribe to only one Token Plan at a time, regardless of whether it is Lite, Standard, Pro, or Max. If a root account has multiple sub-accounts, the root account and its sub-accounts can subscribe to only one Token Plan in total and share the same quota.

What should I do if the Token Plan quota is exhausted?

Wait for the quota to refresh in the next subscription cycle, or upgrade to a higher tier.

Will it switch to pay-as-you-go billing after the Token Plan quota is exhausted?

No. After the Token Plan quota is exhausted, subsequent calls will fail and return an error. It will not automatically switch to pay-as-you-go billing. To continue using the service, you can upgrade to a higher tier for more quota, or wait for the quota to refresh in the next subscription cycle.

Can Token Plan use the free quota of Tencent Cloud models?

No. Token Plan is a standalone subscription product, and its billing system does not participate in TokenHub's free quota for the Tencent Cloud large language model service platform.

Does the Token Plan support team collaboration?

Currently, Token Plan is primarily designed for individual developers. For team collaboration, call the model service via Language Model API Overview using the postpaid mode. For details, see Model Pricing.

Will the API Key be reset if the Token Plan is not renewed upon expiration and then reactivated?

If Token Plan expires and is not renewed, the plan will become invalid, and the existing API Key will also become invalid. After you subscribe again, the original API Key can be used again.

Are models outside the Model List supported?

Only models within the Model List are supported for use with Token Plan. Using other models will result in an error.

Does Token Plan have a concurrency request limit?

Token Plan concurrency depends on your plan tier. The platform dynamically adjusts it based on available resources, with Max > Pro > Standard > Lite as the general rule.
