7 Days Before Package Expiration
The system will send a renewal reminder notification. Please renew on time.
Within 7 Days After Package Expiration
The system will suspend services at the expiration time, and the environment will enter the isolation period. Online services will be stopped, the console page will be unreachable, and the environment cannot be operated. You can renew to restore the environment. Note:
For renewed and recovered resources, the start time of the renewal cycle is the original expiration time.
For example, if a package expires on January 1 and is renewed and recovered on January 3, the new expiry time will be February 1 (calculated based on the original expiry time).
More than 7 Days after Package Expiration
The system will automatically release the environment at 00:00 on the eighth day, purging all resources and data. Resources and data cannot be restored or retrieved.
Account Arrears but Package Not Expired
The environment is in normal usage, but the package cannot be renewed or changed. You need to repay the arrears to rectify the account before renewing or changing the package.
