Dear Tencent Cloud user,
Thank you for your trust and support of Cloud Contact Center (TCCC). We updated the product terminology definitions on March 15, 2025. Details as follows:

Incoming/Outgoing Calls
Voice (rename only, functionality unchanged)
Default Role Permissions
Default administrator (own all permissions)
Administrator (access to both Management Panel and Workspace for voice channel )
Ordinary agent (access to Workspace for voice channel only)
Quality inspector (full access to Workspace and partial access to Management Panel for voice channel)
Super Admin (own all permissions)
Voice Admin (access to Management Panel for voice channel only)
Voice Staff (access to Workspace voice channel only)
