This article describes the preparations required for Ops personnel to log in to the BH for the first time.
Note:
For their first login, Ops personnel need to perform the following operations:
1. Obtain the Ops page address.
2. Activate the account. (If it is already activated, you can skip this step.)
3. Log in to the Ops page.
4. Activate the OTP mini program. (If it is already activated, you can skip this step.)
5. Download the Ops auxiliary tool.
Prerequisites
The administrator has informed Ops personnel of the login address.
The administrator has granted Ops personnel access permissions to the host.
Step 1: Obtain the Ops Page Address
1. The login address for the Ops page is not publicly accessible and is the responsibility of the BH administrator to inform Ops personnel.
2. Ops personnel enter the login address for the Ops page in a browser to open the host operations page.
Step 2: Activate Account (If Already Activated, This Step Can Be Skipped)
1. On the host Ops page, click account activation to navigate to the account activation page.
2. Ops personnel can use the mobile phone number authorized by the administrator (login account) to complete the account activation (login password initialization) operation.
Note:
Only SMS messages sent to the Chinese mainland are supported for activation.
3. Complete the account activation operation, click Login to return to the host Ops page.
Step 3: Log In to the Ops Page
On the host Ops page, enter the account (mobile number) and password, click the Login button. If the system has enabled OTP verification settings, it will redirect to the OTP verification page.
Step 4: Activate the OTP Applet (If Already Activated, This Step Can Be Skipped)
If the system has enabled OTP verification settings, the login process will automatically redirect to the OTP verification page.
1. On the OTP verification page, first scan the first QR code with WeChat to obtain the Shudun OTP mini program.
2. Enter the Shudun OTP mini program main page, click the ➕ in the bottom right corner, and the PIN code generation page pops up.
3. On the PIN code generation page, click Scan QR Code to scan the QR code on the OTP verification page and generate a PIN code.
4. On the OTP activation page, enter the PIN code generated by the Shudun OTP mini program, click Activate to complete the OTP mini program activation, and you will be automatically logged in to the BH Ops page.
Step 5: Download the Ops Auxiliary Tool
1. The first time you log in to the BH Ops page, the system will guide you to download and install the Ops auxiliary tool (T-Sec BHLoader).
2. You can select the appropriate Ops auxiliary tool based on the operating system type of your commonly used Ops client.
