Customer Data Platform (CDP) is a core product of TMC that provides enterprises with omnichannel customer data integration and management capabilities. This document aims to help you fully understand the billing methods, purchase process, renewal rules, and overdue payment handling of CDP, so that you can make informed purchasing decisions.
Attention:
The product supports the SaaS subscription billing method and covers multiple product editions from Basic to Ultimate, meeting the business needs of enterprises of different sizes.
Product-related services will be stopped after the expiration time. You need to renew the subscription to continue using the services.
Each edition has explicit limits on the number of customers, labels, and segments.
Add-on services can be purchased only after the main edition has been purchased.
Billing Mode
A SaaS subscription refers to an annual subscription to the CDP software as a service deployed on Tencent Cloud. After making a one-time upfront payment of the annual fee, users are entitled to use the corresponding edition during the subscription period.
Scenarios
You want to go live quickly without deploying and maintaining the system yourself.
Business scale is relatively stable, and annual usage can be estimated.

Billing Cycle
