IP bandwidth package is a type of BWP. For more information, see Product Overview. After creating an IP bandwidth package instance, you need to add the EIP that will use this IP bandwidth package to the IP bandwidth package instance. Prerequisites
You can directly purchase a prepaid BWP in the BWP console. The postpaid monthly BWP is in beta testing. If you need to use it, contact your sales manager for an activation application. Restrictions
1. You can only manually add bill-by-traffic and bill-by-hourly bandwidth general IP addresses among EIPs to an IP bandwidth package, but you cannot add monthly bandwidth subscription general IP addresses to an IP bandwidth package.
2. You cannot manually add accelerated or static single-line IP addresses among EIPs to an IP bandwidth package. When you create an accelerated IP address, an Anycast acceleration bandwidth package (deemed as an IP bandwidth package here) will be automatically created on the backend. When you create a static single-line IP address, a corresponding CMCC/CUCC/CTCC bandwidth package (deemed as an IP bandwidth package here) will be automatically created on the backend.
3. After an EIP is added to an IP bandwidth package, the original billing mode of the EIP will change to the BWP billing mode. No public network fees will be charged, but IP resource fees will be charged as usual.
4. The IP resource fee for an EIP is independent of whether or not the EIP is added to an IP bandwidth package. When an EIP is bound to cloud resources, no IP resource fees will be charged.
5. Up to 100 EIPs can be added to a single IP bandwidth package.
