FA is a core product of TMC that provides enterprises with capabilities for collecting, analyzing, and gaining growth insights from all-domain customer behavior data. This document helps you fully understand FA product information such as billing methods, purchase processes, renewal rules, and overdue payment handling, so that you can make informed purchasing decisions.
Attention:
The product supports SaaS subscription billing and covers multiple editions from Basic to Ultimate, meeting the business needs of enterprises of different sizes.
After the expiration time, product-related services will be stopped. You need to renew the subscription if you want to continue using the services.
Each edition has a clear customer quantity limit. Confirm your business requirements before purchasing.
You must purchase a primary edition before you can purchase value-added services.
Billing Mode
A SaaS subscription means that users subscribe to the FA software-as-a-service deployed on Tencent Cloud on an annual basis. After prepaying the annual fee in a lump sum, users gain usage rights for the corresponding edition during the subscription period.
Scenarios
You can go live and start using the product quickly without deploying and maintaining it yourself.
The business scale is relatively stable, so annual usage can be estimated.
You prefer the cloud SaaS service model.

Billing Cycle
