Before purchasing any product, you must first register a Tencent Cloud account. A Tencent Cloud account serves as the unified profile for accessing and managing all cloud services. After completing registration and identity verification, you can go to the console to purchase the products you need. For detailed instructions, see Access Guide. If you already have a Tencent Cloud account, skip this step and go directly to the product purchase page. Purchase Process
1. Log in to the Purchase Page for Tencent Cloud International website products. 2. On the purchase page, select based on your business requirements:
Product edition: supports four editions: Standard/Professional/Enterprise/Ultimate.
Purchase quantity: purchases are supported by set.
Region: Customers in mainland China should select Guangzhou, while overseas customers should select Hong Kong (China) or Singapore.
Purchase duration: purchases are supported on a monthly or yearly basis.
Contact email: Enter your contact email. Make sure it is accurate because the product license will be sent to this email.
3. To purchase value-added services (an expansion pack for increasing the maximum number of active customers), place a separate order on the Purchase Page for additional products. 4. Confirm the order information (product name, specifications, quantity, duration, cost, and contact email), select to agree to the Privacy Policy, and click Buy Now. 5. Select a payment method and complete the payment. After the payment is successful, the system will send the product activation code to the contact email you provided. Activate the product by following the instructions in the email. Official billing for the product starts from the activation time, not the order placement time.
