iOA SaaS (formerly referred to as "iOA") is billed in prepaid mode and supports purchases for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or multiple years. We provide three edition types. For details, see Package and Edition Description. You can visit the iOA SaaS purchase page to select the appropriate edition and package for your business needs.

Billing Mode

iOA SaaS is billed based on the basic package + package extension configuration combination:
Basic package (required): You can purchase it in prepaid mode, and billing is based on the configured number of endpoints/accounts.
Package extended configuration (optional): After purchasing a basic package edition, you can purchase NAC, cloud gateway (dedicated bandwidth), zero trust security gateway, and log storage based on your actual business needs to extend package capabilities.

You can purchase different numbers of endpoints and accounts.
Package endpoints: After purchase, you can authorize and activate endpoints for employee terminals to obtain the terminal security control module features corresponding to the client. Endpoint authorization is calculated uniformly across different operating system platforms, supporting Windows, Mac, and Linux OS.
Concurrent accounts: Within the account limit, employees in your organization/company can initiate zero trust access simultaneously. When the number of accounts accessing concurrently exceeds the purchased limit, access restrictions are imposed on the excess accounts.
Note:
The package includes a shared gateway, which provides you with access bandwidth of up to 10 Mbps. If your business requires higher access bandwidth, you are advised to purchase the cloud gateway (dedicated bandwidth) for a better access experience.

Network Access Control Module

Employee network access: Supports 802.1x authentication, verifies identities based on accounts, passwords, certificates, and other methods, automatically handles non-compliant terminals, and ensures that employees can access the network only from secure and controllable terminals.
Guest network access: Supports Portal authentication and provides temporary credentials, SMS codes, and internal employee QR code scanning for lightweight guest access. It also strictly isolates the guest network from the internal business network to ensure enterprise private network security.
Dumb terminal network access: Supports MAB authentication to enable secure admission and unified network access management for IoT devices such as printers and cameras.
Dumb terminals are free of charge: network access authorization includes the capability for dumb terminals to access the network, and no additional billing is applied to dumb terminals.

In this example, assume that your company plans to build a zero trust secure office system with 200 employees, involving terminal security control and remote access scenarios, and purchases a 6-month subscription.
It is recommended to subscribe to the Premium package with 200 endpoints and 200 accounts, and configure the expansion to include a 10 Mbps cloud gateway (dedicated bandwidth) and 20 GB log storage.
