Scenarios
This applies only to upgrading from shared bandwidth to dedicated bandwidth. After the upgrade, a new gateway is deployed. The iOA backend then reassigns connection addresses, so you need to update the connector network group policy to allow traffic again.
 Attention:
Before the upgrade, fully open the connector network security group to ensure uninterrupted business operations. After the change, configure the policy based on the newly assigned addresses.
Upgrade Steps
1. Log in to the iOA Zero Trust Management Platform console. In the top-right corner of the console, click Authorization Information, and then click Upgrade Now next to Egress Bandwidth.

2. Go to the iOA purchase page, scroll down to Extended Configuration, select Enable cloud gateway, specify the bandwidth to upgrade, choose the purchase Duration, and click Purchase Now.

3. After the purchase is complete, log in to the Tencent iOA Zero Trust Management System console and go to Third-Party Cloud Services. All connectors will show as disconnected because the connection addresses are reassigned after an upgrade to dedicated bandwidth is performed. The connector security group has not allowed traffic from the new gateway IP address, causing the connection to fail.

4. Hover over the disconnected status to view the detailed abnormal address. Because the reverse connection addresses and ports have been reassigned, you need to allow the connection reverse service addresses in the connector network security group.

5. After the security group policy on the customer side allows traffic from the reverse connection addresses, the connectivity status changes to Connected. Once the connection is established, you can access business resources normally.
