Pay-as-You-Go instances can be released at any time, and billing will stop after they are released.
Monthly Subscribed Resource Refund
If you have any dissatisfaction after purchasing an API Gateway dedicated instance, you can return it unconditionally within five days after purchase. The specific rules are as detailed below:
Each account can return one dedicated instance unconditionally within five (inclusive) days after purchase. The refunded amount is all the amount paid for purchase, including the cash amount, earnings amount, and gift card amount.
Tencent Cloud reserves the right to reject return requests.
Note:
Rebates and vouchers will not be returned.
All the refunded amount will be credited to your Tencent Cloud account.
For return orders that don't meet the 5-day unconditional return policy, submit a ticket for a refund.
For return orders that don't meet the 5-day unconditional return policy, submit a ticket to request a refund. Pay-as-you-go Refund.
Pay-as-you-go instances can be released anytime, and billing for the instance will stop once released, without involving other refund processes.
Refund for Monthly-Subscribed Instances
API Gateway products comply with Tencent Cloud Refunds. If you are unsatisfied after purchasing an API Gateway dedicated instance, we support the following specific rules:
5-day No-reason Self-service Refund. For each subject, you can return one dedicated instance unconditionally within five (inclusive) days after purchase. The refund amount is the full amount spent at purchase, including the cash account balance, earnings transferred to the account, and gift account balance.
For return orders not meeting the 5-day unconditional return policy, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the consumed amount based on the instance's usage duration, and the remaining amount will be returned.
Tencent Cloud reserves the right to reject your return request if suspected of abnormalities/malicious returns.
Note
Deductions or vouchers will not be refunded.
The refund amount will be fully returned to the Tencent Cloud account balance.
Self-service Refund
All users can apply for the refund of monthly subscribed instances through the console.
2. Click Instance in the left navigation bar to enter the instance list.
3. Find the monthly subscribed instance in the list and click Refund.
4. In the pop-up dialog box, confirm again. Users must read the return policy, check it, and then click Submit Refund Order for automatic credit of the refunded amount.
5. After submitting a refund order, the instance status will enter into isolation, retained for 7 days for the user, after which it will be automatically destroyed.
