VpcId	Yes	String	Unified VPC ID.
SubnetId	Yes	String	Subnet ID.
IsAssignVip	Yes	Boolean	Whether to manually assign the VIP. Valid values: `true` (manually assign), `false` (automatically assign).
Vip	No	String	Target VIP.

3. Output Parameters

Parameter Name	Type	Description
FlowId	Integer	Task ID. Note: This field may return `null`, indicating that no valid values can be obtained.
RequestId	String	The unique request ID, which is returned for each request. RequestId is required for locating a problem.
