Querying Reseller’s Customers

As a distributor, you can query the information about all customers of your resellers, including their basic information, credits, and credit deduction details.
Step 1. Log in to Tencent Cloud with your distributor account and enter the Partner Center.
Step 2. On the left sidebar, select Reseller Business > Reseller’s Customer Management.

You can search for a customer by its account ID, mobile number, name, or email. Exact match is required for the first two search conditions.

Querying Bills of Reseller’s Customers

You can query the bill of a single customer of your reseller as follows.
On the left sidebar, select Reseller Business > Customer Bills.
