Auto-renewal Not Enabled
Starting 7 days before a package expires, the system displays a pop-up reminder in the product console to prompt renewal. At the same time, a renewal notification is sent to the creator of the Tencent Cloud account via email, SMS, and other channels.
Enabling Auto-renewal
After auto-renewal is enabled, the system notifies users of renewal details 5 days before the package expires, including the renewal time, renewal amount, package contents, and package period. After the package expires, if auto-renewal is enabled and the account balance is sufficient, the system automatically renews the package (the default auto-renewal period is monthly). If the account balance is insufficient, a pop-up reminder is displayed in the product console. Notifications are sent to the creator of the Tencent Cloud account via email, SMS, and other channels.
Note:
Within 3 days after a package expires, the instance enters the isolation status and the package is stopped. During this period, you can only view and renew the package in the console. Starting from the 7th day after the package expires, resources are reclaimed by the system, and related configurations and data are cleared and cannot be recovered. To avoid affecting your usage, renew the package as soon as possible after it expires.
