Daily Billing

If you are on a daily billing cycle, MPS will deduct fees from your account balance. If your account has insufficient balance and falls into arrears, MPS will complete all ongoing transcoding tasks before suspending the service. You will only be able to continue using the service after you top up your account and your balance becomes positive. The daily billing mode is used by default. If you want to change to monthly billing, please contact your Tencent Cloud sales rep.

Service suspension

MPS will be suspended if your account falls into arrears.

  • MPS will calculate, output and settle the bill for fees incurred the day before daily between 12:00 and 18:00 Beijing time.
  • If payment fails due to insufficient balance, you will receive an arrears notification via SMS on the same day. If you fail to top up your account within 24 hours, MPS service will be suspended. If you top up your account in 24 hours, MPS service will remain available.
  • MPS services or console during service suspension, but files and configuration information will be retained, and will not be deleted or modified.
