This document describes the handling mechanism for Tencent Healthcare Data Services when an overdue payment occurs.
Note:
After receiving an overdue payment notification, promptly go to the Top-up Portal to top up your account to prevent your resources from becoming unavailable. Overdue Payment Handling Mechanism for Pay-as-You-Go Instances
Attention:
After pay-as-you-go resources are not used, terminate them as soon as possible to avoid fee deductions.
Your actual resource consumption may change continuously, so the balance warning may have a certain degree of error.
Alarms
The system deducts fees for pay-as-you-go resources around 8:00 on the first calendar day of each month. When your account balance is less than 0, the system notifies the creator of the Tencent Cloud account, as well as global resource collaborators and financial collaborators via email and SMS (the actual notification method is subject to the user's subscription configuration in the Message Center). From the moment your account balance is less than 0:
Within 24 hours, Tencent Healthcare Data Services can continue to be used, and fees will continue to be deducted.
After 24 hours, Tencent Healthcare Data Services will automatically stop and fee deductions will cease.
After the service is stopped:
Within 7 days after the service is stopped, if you top up your account so that the balance is greater than or equal to 0, you can use the service and fees will continue to be charged. If your account balance is less than 0, you cannot use the service.
If your account balance remains less than 0 for 7 days after the service is stopped, Tencent Healthcare Data Services will be reclaimed, all data will be cleared, and cannot be recovered. When Tencent Healthcare Data Services are reclaimed, the system notifies the creator of the Tencent Cloud account, as well as global resource collaborators and financial collaborators via email and SMS.
